How do credits work?

Chatting with Mat is cheap: every five replies use 1 credit. When Mat does a task for you, like finding new radio stations or news sources to add, it costs 3 credits. Family video calls and messages are always free and never draw from your credit balance. Credits are never deducted without your knowledge, and families can set a monthly spending cap to avoid surprises.

Can the senior spend money accidentally?

No. Seniors never enter payment details anywhere in the product. Caregivers own the payment method, set spending caps, and can require approval for bookings. Mat never discusses billing with the senior or interrupts a conversation over credits.

What exactly does SpamShield protect against?
